Working in your own kitchen or your expert instructor’s, you’ll craft a mouthwatering three-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Begin with refreshing bruschetta topped with tomato and basil, then roll out pasta dough to create soft, flavorful gnocchi with a simple, yet flavorful tomato sauce.
