More than just sushi, this class will teach you how to make edible sushi artwork! While seated at a table with your booking party, you'll learn the ins and outs of crafting beautiful, mouth-watering rolls. A professional sushi chef will walk you through the steps to making fresh sushi rice, where to find the best ingredients, and other helpful tips. You will have the chance to make four rolls all on your own; a California Roll, Veggie Roll, and a Spicy Tuna Roll. Then, put your new-found skills to the test with a “challenge roll.”
This is your opportunity to engage in an Iron-chef like challenge to craft your own roll from available ingredients. You'll have a hard time eating them, since they'll look so beautiful; but once you start, they'll be gone in seconds! This 2-hour class welcomes newcomers and experienced chefs looking to discover new recipes! All ingredients and equipment are provided, so all you need to do is bring your passion and curiosity for food. If you have any questions throughout, feel free to raise a hand. This cooking class is designed to be as fun as it is informative, so there’s no need to be serious!
