What happens on the day
Get ready for a day filled with food, fun, and mystery as you journey through Lincoln Park to the perfect picnic spot!
Using your smartphone, you and a loved one will embark on an epic quest. Solve personally curated clues and riddles while exploring lakefront trails, tree-lined streets, and of course, Lincoln Park! Each clue will take you inside local shops and hidden gems where you’ll collect the perfect picnic spread, bit by bit.
Your last clue will lead you to a stunning picnic location. Bring a blanket, or settle in the grass, as you enjoy your gourmet goodies. From artisan meats and cheeses to locally sourced produce, you’ll dig into a delicious array of traditional picnic foods. You can even add on a bottle of red or white wine.
The fun doesn’t end there! In between stops, your phone will keep you both entertained with fun games and conversation starters.

- A fully charged phone to access your picnic clues
- Pen and paper
- Bottle of water
- A cooler bag/carry bag with an ice pack to hold your items, as well as cutlery and plates/cheeseboard
- A picnic blanket if you have one
