What happens on the day
Roll up your sleeves—it’s rug tufting time!
To kick things off, bring in a photo of your desired design. From there, your instructor will guide you through the setup process, helping you trace your project onto a high-quality piece of fabric. For beginners, it's best to stick to designs with bold lines and simple shapes, avoiding tiny details.
Whether you’re making a small 19”x19” rug or a medium 24”x28” piece, you’ll get hands-on experience with a top-of-the-line tufting gun. Watch as your creation comes to life, one colorful tuft at a time!
The best part? You don’t have to worry about the finishing touches! An expert rug maker will handle the trimming and backing, and your finished rug will be ready for pickup about two weeks after your class.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Monday through Friday - 1:00 PM, 5:30 PM
Saturday - 4:30 PM
Sunday - 11:30 AM, 4:30 PM

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
