Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering three-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with an incredible ahi tuna roll layered with spicy aioli, oyster sauce, cucumber, scallions, and avocado.
Next, you’ll create the perfect, crispy-crunchy shrimp tempura rolls with miso aioli, jalapeño and cucumber. For the grand finale, you’ll indulge in an array of tropical fruit, elevated with tōgarashi and honey.
The best part? With all tools and ingredients provided, you can focus entirely on cooking, learning, and enjoying your delicious creations.
