How does it work?
Perfect for the sightseer looking to take their time exploring the best Chicago has to offer, the Chicago Explorer Pass allows you to choose which attractions interest you most. Once you have visited an attraction, you have up to 30 days to visit the other two.
Do I need to pick which attractions I want to visit once I redeem?
You don't have to! You can pick and choose as you go. If there are popular attractions you don't want to miss out on, we do recommend checking the digital guide in advance for reservation information.
Does the Chicago Explorer Pass include transportation between attractions?
No, transportation is not included with your Pass. However, some attractions do take you around the city, like the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour.
How will I receive my Chicago Explorer Pass?
Once you have redeemed your Virgin Experience Gifts voucher for a Chicago Explorer Pass, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Pass. At each attraction you visit, simply scan your pass at the designated ticketing area.
How do I know when the attractions are open?
As the availability for each attraction varies, your Pass confirmation gives you access to a convenient app that can help you plan out your trip, including information on open dates and times, addresses, and even directions!
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have redeemed your voucher, it is final and is not eligible for a refund or exchange for any other Virgin Gifts experience. Your Go Pass is valid up to 30 days from the first time it is used at an experience from the list of included experiences.
