What happens on the day

Located in East Garfield Park, this one-of-a-kind studio is more than just a creative space. It’s a place of healing and transformation, where art is used to empower and uplift the community. Your experience begins with a bubbly toast, followed by a hands-on flameworking lesson led by a skilled instructor.
Watch in awe as you melt and shape glass using a high-powered torch. You’ll also take a guided tour of the studio and learn how this space is helping to empower and uplift the local community through art.
At the end of your session, your glass project will be cooled and ready for pick up in just a few days—a lasting reminder of your fun (and thrilling!) experience together.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- No experience necessary
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Guests must be at least 21 years old and bring their valid photo ID to consume alcohol
- Non-alcoholic drink options are available
- You won’t be able to take your pieces home the same day, they will be ready for pick up a few days after your class
- Finished pieces will be held at the studio for 30 days after your initial visit

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 7 daysprior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
