Your perfect picnic spot awaits - you just have to find it first!
Using your smartphone, you and a loved one will embark on an epic quest through Evanston. Explore sandy beaches, parks, and historic buildings while solving personally curated clues and riddles. Each clue will take you inside local shops and hidden gems where you’ll collect the perfect picnic spread, bit by bit.
Your last clue will lead you to a stunning picnic location. Bring a blanket, or settle in the grass, as you enjoy your gourmet goodies. From artisan meats and cheeses to locally sourced produce, you’ll dig into a delicious array of traditional picnic foods.
The fun doesn’t end there! In between stops, your phone will keep you both entertained with fun games and conversation starters.

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Can food allergies and dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Vegetarian options are available with prior notice. Vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options are not available.
What should I bring?
On the day of your mystery picnic, please bring:
- A fully charged phone to access your picnic clues
- Pen and paper
- Bottle of water
- A cooler bag/carry bag with an ice pack to hold your items, as well as cutlery and plates/cheeseboard
- A picnic blanket if you have one
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
