What happens on the day
Look underneath the rug and sift through the bookshelves to reveal hidden clues that will help you and your team solve the challenging puzzle. Perfect for family night-out, date nights, or corporate team building, escape rooms require speed, teamwork, creativity, and patience!
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your experience in order to prepare and learn about your upcoming mission. You and your team will then assemble in a themed room and will have 60 minutes to attempt to solve the puzzle and escape the room. Whether the mission is a success or failure, your team will regroup after to debrief and take photos!

Legend of the Yeti - An expedition vanished high in the Himalayas while chasing a legendary jewel. All that remains is an abandoned outpost, half-buried in snow and whispered about in fearful tones by the locals. They say the mountain is dangerous. That something ancient protects the jewel. That the Yeti is real. It’s your turn to brave the cold, follow the trail, and uncover what really happened.
Prison Break - The year is 1955. You've been wrongfully accused of a crime and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Your new home is a cell that once belonged to an inmate who disappeared without a trace. Some claim he escaped, while others swear he was murdered by the warden. Nobody knows what happened... can you escape before you suffer the same fate? (Difficulty: 9/10)
The Heist - Your world-class espionage outfit has landed you inside a prestigious art museum. A recently stolen masterpiece is presumed hidden within the office of the museum's egotistical curator, Vincent Hahn. With the help of your intelligence agent on the outside, you have 1 hour to find your way into Hahn's office, recover the painting, and slip away before Hahn returns. (Difficulty: 8/10)
Special Ops: Mysterious Market - You and your fellow field agents were sent to investigate the area's local market. It's late, it's quiet... but something's not quite right. Just as you are about to wrap up your inspection, you encounter a twist you never expected. Should you have seen this coming? (Difficulty: 8/10)
Mission: Mars - You've just landed on the red planet for an exploratory mission, but your spacecraft experienced some major damage on the descent. Unfortunately, there is a larger problem at hand: a large fatal amount of cosmic radiation is heading towards Mars, which will cause serious damage to the control systems, making it impossible to get back home. You have exactly 60 minutes to repair your ship and launch if you ever want to see Earth again. (Difficulty: 8/10)

Will I be with other players?
Yes, depending on the capacity of the room, you will be accompanied by other participants during this experience.
Am I actually going to be locked inside the room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Is there an age limit?
It is recommended that the escape games are for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Can I bring food or drink into the games?
No food or drink is allowed inside the escape rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience at no charge. Once you are within 72 hours of your experience, cancellations are not allowed and failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
