You’ll also be equipped with a helmet, bike lock, and a complimentary bike lane map featuring some of Chicago’s most popular routes. Then, it’s time to ride!
Feel the wind in your air as you joyride across the city - where you go is entirely up to you! Perhaps you’ll cruise along the picturesque Lakefront Trail. This stunning route features an 18-mile bike path and connects to some of the city’s best attractions. Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
