What happens on the day
Ready, set, race!
Your day kicks off with expert classroom, in-car, and on-track instruction from the legendary Frank Hawley and his team. Next, you’ll hit the track for your first taste of racing with a 1/8-mile warm-up run, followed by two quarter-mile runs.
Once you’ve proven your skills, it’s time for the real deal! Step up to the starting line and race head-to-head with other drivers in a thrilling, tournament-style elimination. But don’t worry—before you compete, you’ll receive expert tips on improving your reaction times and mastering the timing system.
The more wins you rack up, the more runs you’ll get to make, and the closer you’ll be to claiming your bragging rights as champion!
Firebird Raceway: Located just outside of Boise, Idaho, this premier motorsport facility is known for its high-speed thrills and world-class events. The raceway boasts a top-notch dragstrip where you can hit jaw-dropping speeds, all while staying safe and secure. It's the perfect spot for pro and newbie racers!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
- Not recommended for participants exceeding 6'5"
- Participants cannot exceed 300 pounds
- Helmets, collar, gloves, arm restraints, and racing suits will be provided
- Liability reduction fee included
- Drivers must demonstrate proper skills and judgment to advance from the practice runs to the competitive runs

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 30 days prior to the experience. However, all cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to additional fees. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 30 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
