How does my Go City Essentials Pass work?
Perfect for the sightseer looking to experience the best Oahu has to offer, the Essential Pass allows you to choose which three attractions interest you most. Once you have visited an attraction, you have up to 30 days to visit the other two.
Do I need to pick which attractions I want to visit once I redeem?
You don't have to! You can pick and choose attractions as you go, so that you can see what works best for you during your time in Oahu.
How do I know when the attractions are open?
As the availability for each attraction varies, your Pass confirmation gives you access to a convenient Go City app that can help you plan out your trip, including information on open dates and times, addresses, and even directions!
How will I receive my Go City Oahu Essentials Pass?
Once you have redeemed your Virgin Gifts voucher for a Go City Oahu Essentials Pass, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Pass. At each attraction you visit, simply scan your pass at the designated ticketing area.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have redeemed your voucher for a Pass, it is final and is not eligible for a refund or exchange for any other Virgin Gifts experience. Your Pass is valid up to 30 days from the first time it is used at an experience from the list of included experiences.
