Crew is fantastic. We saw pods of dolphins and it was thrilling to swim /snorkel over the top of them. Also saw a green sea turtle, reef shark and schools of beautiful fish. There were people non US citizens on this excursion that could not swim. At all. There was a lifeguard accompanying them and life preservers were worn. I would suggest only people who have at least entered a large body of water only be a pre requisite. We had a great time! We can swim!

Climb aboard 'Poseidon', a spacious catamaran, and set sail for Oahu’s scenic western coastline. Soak up spectacular views while searching the waves for dolphins. Once spotted, you'll experience the thrill of swimming right beside them!
Next, you'll enjoy a locally crafted lunch while cruising to the famous snorkel and surf beach, Makaha. Here, you'll slip on a snorkel mask and swim with colorful fish and, if you're lucky, adorable green sea turtles.
Plus, you'll have the chance to experience a variety of fun ocean activities. Slide down the catamaran's 21-foot built-in waterslide, try stand-up paddleboarding, or relax in the sun on a giant floating mat. No matter what, this is one Hawaiian adventure you'll never forget!

Is this experience handicap accessible?
Yes, the tour provider will do their best to make accommodations. However, room on the boat is very tight for a wheelchair, and viewing would be limited to the first floor. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any special needs at the time of booking so that accommodations can be made.

We enjoyed our excursion, and we were so happy that we got to see so many slimmer dolphins!! The snorkeling wasn’t the greatest, all of the gear was good, but we didn’t feel that our snorkel guide did the best. Photographer was great, and captain+boat staff were also great!!!
