What happens on the day
If you’ve ever dreamed of surfing the majestic waves of Hawaii, now is your chance. Kalama Beach Park in sunny Kihei is one of the best spots on the island to learn, with calm waves, a sturdy ocean bottom, and plenty of room to spread out. This 2-hour surf lesson will be one of your most beloved memories from your Maui vacation.
Relax into South Maui’s hang-loose vibes as you soak up its non-stop sunshine and stroll across the beautiful sandy beaches to meet up with your instructor. Your instructor will get you all geared up with a rash guard, booties, and a board that’s just the right size for you.
Listen closely to your instructor as they lead you through a thorough and fun beach instruction, showing you everything you’ll need to know on land before you head out into the ocean. Once you’re comfortable with the moves, it’s time to hit the waves with your instructor right by your side.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

What will the instructor provide?
Your instructor will provide expert surfing instruction as well as all surfing gear and equipment. There will also be snacks and refreshments after the lesson.
What is the age requirement?
Participants must be at least 9 years of age.
Do I need experience?
No! This lesson is designed for beginners.
What should I wear/bring?
Wear swimsuits and comfortable clothing. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses and towels are recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
