You will fully immerse yourself in the experience of harvesting and preparing your food. Go for a stroll through the garden, guided by an expert who is passionate about healthy food. You will harvest your own vegetables from their fertile volcanic soil, and then create a delectable lunch from farm fresh ingredients. You'll learn the true meaning of 'farm to table," and develop a set of skills that will broaden your dietary horizons and give you more confidence in the kitchen even when you get back home.
