Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering three-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with an authentic pajeon, crispy green onion pancakes with a flavorful soy dipping sauce.
Next, create japchae with sweet potato glass noodles, vegetables, tender short rib bulgogi, and stuffed cucumber kimchi. For dessert, whip up traditional Sujeonggwa, a Korean cinnamon punch infused with brown sugar, fresh ginger, and pine nuts.
