Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering four-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Begin by creating the perfect, Catalan tomato bread (pa amb tomaquèt) with olive oil and garlic sea salt.
Next, whip up a beautiful bowl of ajo blanco (garlic) soup using sherry vinegar, sweet paprika, almonds, and Spanish ham. You’ll also enjoy a heavenly batch of gambas al ajillo featuring fresh Gulf shrimp and crushed red pepper. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with a light and airy Spanish almond tart.
