Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen in Marietta, you’ll craft a mouthwatering four-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a delicious Sichuan braised eggplant with hot bean paste, garlic, ginger, and black vinegar. Then, learn to prepare delicate pork and green onion wontons, served with a rich, Sichuan-style chili oil for dipping.
For your entrée, you’ll braise a tender white fish with dried chilis and Shaoxing wine, served alongside fluffy white rice. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with a traditional batch of Chinese walnut cookies.
