What happens on the day
Using warm water and dissolved Epsom salts, float tanks provide a unique, anti-gravity retreat. Experience this one-of-a-kind spa treatment for yourself or give it as a gift!
Upon arrival, you’ll step inside your own private, soundproof room. Take your pick from a variety of float options – from state-of-the-art pods to open rooms (perfect for anyone that’s nervous to try floating!) Each room also features a changing area, fluffy towels, and comfy robes.
No matter which room you choose, you’ll be treated to 60 minutes of pure bliss. Close your eyes and enjoy the feeling of floating effortlessly in the warm water. In addition to relaxation, float therapy can help alleviate pain, sore muscles, anxiety, depression, and improve sleep.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- All ages welcome
- Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult during their float
- Legal guardian waiver signature is required for participants under 18
- Personal care items like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryers will be provided
- Please do not shave or wax the morning of your float to reduce any chance of skin sensitivity to the Epsom salt
- Avoid caffeine and other stimulates unless you’d like a more “active” float

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
