Get ready for a bento-licious adventure! During this interactive cooking class, you’ll create and eat delicious dumplings and Japanese potato salad – all while learning about the art of bento box preparation.
Your lesson kicks off in a unique venue. From local restaurants and bars to private studios, you’ll learn how to cook in a fun and lively environment. Plus, all ingredients and equipment are included. So, all you have to bring is your appetite!
First, your expert instructor will teach you how to make gyoza, a savory dumpling filled with beef and cabbage and seasoned with scallions and ginger. Then, you’ll whip up the perfect side: a refreshing Japanese potato salad with cucumber and dill. By the end, all that’s left to do is dig in – trust us, you’ll fall in love at first bite.
