Working in your own kitchen or your expert instructor’s, you’ll craft a mouthwatering three-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Begin with an appetizer of your choice: flavorful gazpacho cold soup or patatas bravas (fried potatoes with paprika and spicy brava sauce).
Next, create a true Spanish classic: seafood paella with shrimp, mussels, clams, saffron and rice. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with an irresistible batch of golden churros, dusted with cinnamon sugar and served alongside rich chocolate sauce.
