Working from your own kitchen or your expert instructor’s near Tampa (Boyette), you’ll craft a flavorful batch of authentic ramen using traditional techniques. Begin by making fresh ramen noodles from scratch, combining flour, sea salt, baking soda, eggs, and warm water.
Next, prepare pork or tofu chashu and rice balls while simmering a rich broth infused with vegetables, soy sauce, dashi, salt, ginger, and garlic. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with Japanese kakigori, a shaved ice dessert with red beans, homemade raspberry syrup, and condensed milk.
