What happens on the day
Roll up your sleeves, it’s ramen making time!
During this hands-on cooking class, you’ll create a heavenly bowl of Japanese ramen alongside an expert chef. First, you’ll practice basic knife skills while carefully cutting a delicious array of fresh ingredients.
Then, uncover the secrets behind creating your chef's version of a classic shoyu broth with bonito flakes, pork, and chicken bones. Breathe in heavenly aromas as you add pre-made noodles and other ingredients to your perfectly balanced broth. For the grand finale, you’ll customize your bowl with a variety of garnishes and toppings.
The cherry on top? Everything you need to create your own bowl of ramen is included. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets, so you can show off your new cooking skills at home!
