During this two-hour class, you’ll learn the full dumpling-making process—from shaping and pleating to cooking each dumpling to perfection. It all starts with a live demo from your expert instructor, and then it’s your turn to shine.
Learn how to make two incredible fillings: savory pork and a delicious veggie blend. Next, using high-quality store-bought wrappers, you’ll practice a variety of folding methods including triangular, crescent, and pleated. Along the way, you’ll also explore different cooking methods such as pan frying or steaming.
And don’t worry, everything you need is provided. With easy-to-find ingredients and step-by-step instructions, you’ll leave feeling confident enough to recreate these dumplings at home!
