What happens on the day
You may have seen the Harris Chain of Lakes by day, but an aerial view at sunset is an entirely different experience. On this incredible seaplane flight, you’ll get an unparalleled vantage point when you soar through painted skies for an awe-inspiring evening.
Greet your FAA Certified Pilot for a quick safety briefing as you climb into your seat in a seaplane. Then buckle up, strap on your helmet, and get ready for take-off. Feel the rush of adrenaline and the sun setting on your face as you take to the skies.
Lit by brilliant colors, you’ll get a bird’s-eye view of the vast areas that make up Lake Harris and Griffin. Then you’ll head over to the wilderness of the Ocklawaha River and Ocala National Forest. What can I expect on the tour?

Is there a weight limit?
The maximum individual weight is 300 lbs, and the maximum combined weight is 775 lbs.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchairs can roll right up to the aircraft but passengers have to be able to walk a few steps to get in and out of the plane. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any special accommodations needed at the time of booking to see if arrangements can be made.
What type of plane will we be flying on?
You'll be flying in a Cessna 172 float plane, Cessna 185 amphibian, or Cessna 206 amphibian.
