What happens on the day
Who says you need a runway to fly a plane? The tarmac is completely unnecessary when you’re in the seat of a seaplane. This popular sky-high adventure is an exhilarating 45 minutes filled with alligator sightings and exciting fly-overs of some of Orlando’s most noted attractions.
Feel your heart race as the engine roars to life, and the pilot navigates the seaplane across the water’s surface. Hang on tight as the plane lifts off the water and you soar into the air. Your FAA Certified Pilot will fly low and slow along the shoreline of Lake Apopka, giving you ample opportunity to spot a massive Florida gator. Get your camera ready because the likelihood of seeing one of these incredible creatures is high.

What can I expect on the tour?
You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing the joy of a seaplane flight.
Is there a weight limit?
The maximum individual weight is 300 lbs, and the maximum combined weight is 775 lbs.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchairs can roll right up to the aircraft but passengers have to be able to walk a few steps to get in and out of the plane. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any special accommodations needed at the time of booking to see if arrangements can be made.
What type of plane will we be flying on?
You'll be flying in a Cessna 172 float plane, Cessna 185 amphibian, or Cessna 206 amphibian.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
