Essential Information
- All participants must complete a waiver prior to check-in
- No paddleboarding experience necessary; however, all guests should know how to swim
- Participants must be at least 4 years old
- Minors aged 4-12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the same paddleboard
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Park admission and launch fees are not included

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
