What happens on the day
Get your feet wet (figuratively, of course) during this epic intro to seaplane flying in Tavares!
Your high-flying adventure begins lakeside, where you’ll meet your FAA-certified instructor and receive a full pre-flight briefing. Then it’s time to climb aboard your state-of-the-art seaplane and prepare for takeoff—right from the water!
Once airborne, you’ll take the controls and practice key maneuvers like straight and level flight, turns, climbs, and descents. Of course, you’ll also be treated to bird’s-eye views of Florida’s lush landscapes and glittering lakes along the way.
