We received a gift to do an escape room at The Escape Game in Orlando. My husband and I did it to celebrate our 1-year anniversary. We had a blast! It was my first escape room and we’ll definitely be doing them again!

What happens on the day
Look underneath the rug and sift through the bookshelves to reveal hidden clues that will help you and your team solve the challenging puzzle. Perfect for family night-out, date nights, or corporate team building, escape rooms require speed, teamwork, creativity, and patience!
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your experience in order to prepare and learn about your upcoming mission. You and your team will then assemble in a themed room and will have 60 minutes to attempt to solve the puzzle and escape the room. Whether the mission is a success or failure, your team will regroup after to debrief and take photos!
Located on the fun and exciting International Drive in Orlando, you can choose from 7 different escape rooms all presenting different themes, challenges, and puzzles!
The Depths - Mysterious videos from a rumored undersea laboratory surface, detailing some strange and troubling experiments. Led by the excitable Dr. Leah, you embark into the depths of the ocean to uncover what really happened down there. But be warned, dark turns await! You're not alone in these waters...(Difficulty: 7/10)
Gold Rush - For nearly 2 centuries, the hope of gold has lured people to the hills of Northern California. No one was captivated more than Clyde Hamilton, a greedy gold prospector who loved to gamble. Clyde made too many bets with the wrong crowd and now he's missing. You've been tipped off to where he stashed his gold... but so has the mob. Find it first! (Difficulty: 7/10)
Prison Break - The year is 1955. You've been wrongfully accused of a crime and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Your new home is a cell that once belonged to an inmate who disappeared without a trace. Some claim he escaped, while others swear he was murdered by the warden. Nobody knows what happened... can you escape before you suffer the same fate? (Difficulty: 9/10)
The Heist - Your world-class espionage outfit has landed you inside a prestigious art museum. A recently stolen masterpiece is presumed hidden within the office of the museum's egotistical curator, Vincent Hahn. With the help of your intelligence agent on the outside, you have 1 hour to find your way into Hahn's office, recover the painting, and slip away before Hahn returns. (Difficulty: 8/10)
Mission: Mars - You've just landed on the red planet for an exploratory mission, but your spacecraft experienced some major damage on the descent. Unfortunately, there is a larger problem at hand: a large fatal amount of cosmic radiation is heading towards Mars, which will cause serious damage to the control systems, making it impossible to get back home. You have exactly 60 minutes to repair your ship and launch if you ever want to see Earth again. (Difficulty: 8/10)
Playground - Summer is here! However, if you and your friends are going to leave for summer vacation, you'll need your final report card. Here's the problem, you haven't finished your work and these assignments are unlike anything you've encountered in a classroom before. Luckily, you've got a great squad, and everyone brings something to the table. Band together to ace the ultimate group project. (Difficulty: 6/10)
Special Ops: Mysterious Market - You and your fellow field agents were sent to investigate the area's local market. It's late, it's quiet... but something's not quite right. Just as you are about to wrap up your inspection, you encounter a twist you never expected. Should you have seen this coming? (Difficulty: 8/10)

- The Playground escape room can accommodate up to 12 participants
- It is recommended that participants are at least 13 years of age or older due to the difficulty of the puzzles
- Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises

FAQs
Will I be with other players?
Yes, depending on the capacity of the room, you will be accompanied by other participants during this experience.
Am I actually going to be locked inside the room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Is there an age limit?
It is recommended that the escape games are for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Can I bring food or drink into the games?
No food or drink is allowed inside the escape rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience at no charge. Once you are within 72 hours of your experience, cancellations are not allowed and failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. Rescheduling is allowed anytime before your reservation.
