Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Very disappointing start! We received a gift to go on this tour and our confirmation for January 28 at 1pm stated that we should meet in front of 300 NW26th Street in Miami. We arrived before 12:45pm and waited until a little after 1:10pm. There was no tour guide and no one else there.I emailed Virgin Experience and told them what happened and that they should call me. There was no phone number for me to call Virgin Experience. Shortly after someone called and said TripAdvisor gave us the wrong meeting place and that the guide and the group would walk to where we were. They did. We were greeted by Ivory the tour guide and we introduced ourselves to the others. Ivory was a very good guide and the tour was somewhat interesting. Someone needs to ensure this doesn't happen to others. We were not impressed with our first experience with Virgin Experience and gifts and feel we should receive some compensation for this inconvenience.
