There are no age restrictions – all ages are welcome. The weight limit per passenger is 300 lbs, and the combined passenger weight limit is 600 lbs.
Does this tour accommodate disabled passengers?
This tour is able to accommodate some disabled passengers, but it is not guaranteed. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any special accommodations needed at the time of booking to see if arrangements can be made.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
