In just 2 hours, you'll learn how to make the perfect batch of sushi, from how to prepare delicious rice to selecting sushi-grade fish, and everything in between. It all starts with a live demo from your expert instructor, and then it’s your time to shine.
Put your new skills to the test as you create three incredible rolls: Isla Surimi (Uramaki style), Salmon Pink Wave (Hosomaki style), and a Sunshine Garden Roll (Uramaki style). Finally, you’ll slice each one into bite-sized pieces, ready to plate and devour.
