How will I receive my Miami All-Inclusive Pass?
Once you have redeemed your Virgin Experience Gifts voucher for a Miami All-Inclusive Pass, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Pass. At each attraction you visit, simply scan your pass at the designated ticketing area.
How do I know when the attractions are open?
As the availability for each attraction varies, your Pass confirmation gives you access to a convenient app that can help you plan out your trip, including information on open dates and times, addresses, and even directions!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Visiting your first chosen attraction will activate your pass. Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass, over a two-week period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and two additional calendar days over the 14 days.
