The tour itself was amazing. It was the highlight of my guest’s visit to Florida. The only issues we had was administrative. We purchased an excursion on the Virgin website that described the tour as up to 4 people for $300. The website charged an additional 86 for fees and when we arrived we were informed that the price recently changed to 2 individuals for $350. My guests had to pay an additional $100. We tipped the tour guide $100 and he informed us that he would have to forfeit that to the owner. So, my guests Zelled an additional $100 to the owner raising the total cost to $586. It was a little embarrassing. Website purchase was misleading.
