Sunset Dinner Cruise in Key West

The crew was great and the food was good. The listing doesn’t mention that it’s not an intimate dinner if you are booking for 2. There are 2 dinner times, and during each half of the guests go downstairs to eat and half hang out upstairs at the bar with live music. The meal is buffet style and has plenty of gluten free options if anyone requires. You sit with other guests at larger tables. You are assigned tables as you come aboard. The boat’s name is the Party Cat.

This was actually, surprisingly, way better than we thought it was going to be! It was booked to capacity, and the loading process was annoying (the reason I didn't give 5 stars), but once we got aboard and the first group left for dinner (we were split into 3 dining groups), it was far less crowded above. We were in the last group to eat, but were had a bite to eat before we got on, so we weren't 'hangery'. I went into the dinner sceptical, but wow, the food was actually great! It was a Caribbean theme, and even though we were the last group, everything was hot, and flavorful. Kudos to the culinary team for nailing this! The singer they had a voice that sounded like a goose throwing up, but it kinda worked (!) and he was entertaining. Overall, it was a surprisingly good time and I would recommend!

Overall this was a great experience. Cons were the unorganized boarding and the food. The crew didn't explain the difference in eating in the dining room vs the deck. The food wasn't all that great. Pros - the bartender Miguel and the drinks were great. The singer, Toco (in probably spelling his name wrong) was amazing. He made the experience so much fun. The sunset view also couldn't be beat. I highly recommend booking this experience!

This was a beautiful cruise. We had a delay due to weather and the crew did great at changing things around. The food could have been a little better but the drinks were great!

Food was very so-so. Nothing amazing. Chicken and fish was dry.
