Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or cancel/reschedule 72 hours prior will result in the loss of the value of this experience.

Great Company
It was a good trip on a beautiful day. It was a bit choppy going out (take some Dramamine before to combat). Elected to upgrade to a wetsuit, which helped float better and had a solid 30 mins of good snorkeling before getting tossed around on some shallow areas and heading in. Would have liked to stay in the water a little longer but worth the experience.
Overall it was pretty amazing. It was so wonderful that our friends could use this program to gift it to us. The actual snorkeling was great. The crew was hospitable and seemed friendly. I felt at sometimes they were more annoyed with people than anything. But they do have to deal with a large amount of people. I would still book this again though.
