How old do I have to be to drive the boat?
Florida state law allows for individuals 18 and older to drive the safari boats.
Do I need any special permits to drive?
Everyone born after January 1, 1988 is required to take a boater’s safety test which is available at the provider’s facility for $3.00. You will receive a temporary permit and the state will mail you a permit which is good for one year.
