What happens on the day
This fun and personalized 1-hour lesson will guide you through the fundamentals of flying as you kick off your journey to becoming a safe and knowledgeable private airplane pilot. Meeting up with your professional FAA Certified Flight Instructor, you’ll walk through a pre-flight inspection where you’ll learn all the check points necessary to make sure your Cessna 172 plane is airworthy.
Then it’s time to slip into the pilot’s seat and prepare for take-off. Feel the adrenaline rush as your instructor taxis down the runway and you go soaring into the sky. Once you reach cruising altitude, it’s your turn to take the controls. You’ll do most of the flying so you can get a real feel for what it’s like to pilot your very own airplane. In this hands-on lesson, you’ll learn all the basic flight maneuvers and experience every phase of flight.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hour prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with your pilot.
