Prior to your scheduled dinner, Denver-based Chef Timothy Jordan will contact you for an initial phone consultation. Together, you will go over the available meal options and discuss any food preferences and/or dietary concerns. After that, all you need to do is prepare your guest list because Chef Timothy will take care of everything else!
On the day of your dinner party, Chef Timothy will arrive at your home with a bundle of fresh, locally-sourced groceries for your meal. Once in the kitchen, he will get to work preparing your custom feast. Whether you choose the 3 or 5-course option, you will enjoy and evening of good food and great service in the comfort of your own home. And the best part of this whole arrangement? Chef Timothy will clean up your kitchen afterward, so you'll hardly even know he was there!

About the Chef: Chef Timothy Jordan trained and received a culinary degree at the prestigious Johnson and Wales University. Throughout his career, he has worked at a number of well known establishments and restaurants in both Maine and Colorado. Among those are the Cherry Hills Country Club, the Grand Hyatt in Denver, the Park Hyatt, Red Rocks Country Club, Stonewall Kitchen, and Epitourean. He has also published a cookbook and held cooking demonstrations at numerous schools and wine festivals. His unique approach to cooking involves fusion, which is the combination of different cuisines together. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, camping, playing ice hockey and more.

What is the difference between a 3-course dinner and a 5-course dinner?
A 3-course dinner consists of an appetizer, entree, and dessert; a 5-course dinner includes a soup and a salad in addition to the aforementioned courses.
What do I need to provide?
Almost nothing! The chef will take care of everything from grocery shopping to cooking utensils! You will need to have a kitchen facility with oven, stove, and sink as well as your desired dinnerware. Everything else will be taken care of.
How much cleanup will there be?
None! The chef will leave your kitchen in the same condition as he found it. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your evening!
What if I have a special meal request?
The budget for this personal chef experience will cover the majority of meal requests. If you have any requests beyond the established budget, the chef will happily accommodate. Please note, however, that special requests may be subject to additional fees. You may settle these differences directly with the chef.
Is the chef able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
In most cases, yes. However, please give the chef as much advance notice as possible so he may plan accordingly.
Are beverages included?
You will be responsible for providing your own beverages for the evening. If you would like to enjoy wine pairings with your meal, your chef will be happy to make recommendations for you to purchase prior to the event.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no returns or exchanges are allowed. However, rescheduling is allowed free of charge with at least 1 week notice prior to your booked date. Rescheduling within 1 week of the event or canceling the event at any time will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee, payable to the chef directly.
