What happens on the day
There’s nothing like fresh, homemade gnocchi!
In just 2 hours, you'll master the art of gnocchi making—from crafting the perfect potato dough to cooking each piece, and everything in between. Your expert instructor will start with a detailed demonstration, then it's your turn to shine.
First, carefully roll and cut your dough into beautiful, pillow-shaped dumplings. Then, pleat each piece before boiling them to perfection. For the grand finale, your instructor will show you how to make a flavorful brown butter and sage sauce. By the end, all that’s left to do is dig in!
The cherry on top? Everything you need to create gorgeous gnocchi will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets, so you can show off your new cooking skills from home.
