Climb on board an exciting 2-hour journey that takes you all the way from the Willits valley floor to elevations of 1,740 feet and back again. This roundtrip train tour is an awe-inspiring exploration of some of the most beautiful countryside in California.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but there are limitations, given that the railcars were built in the very early 1900s. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any special needs at the time of booking so that proper arrangements can be made.
What should I wear?

Can I bring food on the train?
Concessions are available on the train. However, you may also bring your own food. A packed lunch is recommended for the main stop. Outside alcohol is not allowed, but you may purchase from a variety of options onboard the train.
What type of train will I be riding on?
You will be riding on a Diesel-Electric engine train. These engines pull passenger cars, including a bar car with snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, and spirits, as well as an open-air car, perfect for enjoying all this route has to offer.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. Reschedules are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
