What happens on the day
Get ready to reach new heights! During this hands-on lesson, you’ll discover the basics of hang gliding with a professional and experienced team. It’s perfect for thrill seekers, adventurers, and anyone who’s dreamed of flying like a bird.
Before taking to the skies, your lesson begins on solid ground. Here, you’ll learn how to run with the glider with your instructor right beside you. They’ll help control the glider while you discover how to steer and ‘keep target’ (focusing on a single point throughout your flight).
Once you’re feeling confident, you’ll ascend a small hill and practice several short runs and flights. While heights can vary, students typically reach an average of 50 to 100 feet in the air by the end of their lesson. Progressing as safely as possible, this experience ensures a fun and secure adventure for all skill levels!

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
