What happens on the day
Ever wonder what it feels like to be the pilot of an aircraft as it spins and loops through the air? With an Introduction to Aerial Acrobatics Lesson, you'll learn how to maneuver a Decathlon aircraft and experience the thrill of a lifetime!
You'll begin your day with a meet and greet with a certified FAA pilot followed by approximately thirty minutes of basic ground school and flight instruction.
After learning about the various maneuvers, you'll take to the air and test your skills! Stunts during your 1-hour flight may include:
- Spins
- Loops
- Aileron and snap rolls
- Hammerheads
- Immelmans
- Cuban eights
Your experienced instructor will also teach you how to recover from an accidental upset or unusual conditions such as wake turbulence.
The Introduction to Aerial Acrobatics Lesson will challenge you mentally and physically but most of all, leave you wanting more time in the pilot's seat of a sport aircraft!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- No experience necessary
- Maximum individual participant weight is 180 pounds (a 200lbs weight limit can be accommodated with advance notice)
- It is recommended that participants are at least over 5'3"
- Participants under 18 will need to have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver
- A valid, government issued picture ID is required to participate
- Please note, this is a one-time introductory experience. Additional flight lessons can be booked directly with the aviation company

You will need to bring a valid form of government issued identification such as a passport, or driver's license.
What if I don't want to acrobatically maneuver the whole time?
This experience is tailored to your comfort level. You'll have the opportunity to let your pilot know if you are not comfortable performing the maneuvers.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice to your experience provider. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather or maintenance issues, you will be able to reschedule your flight directly with the experience provider.

I had an absolutely fantastic time with this flight experience! Sergey, my pilot, was incredibly skilled and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire flight. The maneuvers were exhilarating, and I could truly feel the g-forces as we performed the aerobatics. It was a thrilling experience that I won't forget anytime soon. Highly recommended!
