Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen in San Jose (Edenvale), you’ll craft a mouthwatering four-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Begin with a flavorful boiled peanut salad infused with aromatic Asian spices.
Next, prepare two varieties of gluten-free dumplings: one with vegetables and plant-based protein, and another with chicken and Asian greens. Each is served with a flavorful dipping sauce - from vibrant ruby red to savory soy ginger. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with an irresistible batch of coconut mango fudge.
