During this two-hour class, you’ll master three signature dumpling styles from across Asia: Japanese Gyoza, Korean Mandu, and Chinese Shumai. It all starts with a live demo from your expert instructor, and then it’s your turn to shine.
After making three incredible fillings (pork and shrimp, veggie, and pork), you’ll learn the full dumpling-making process. From traditional folding techniques to cooking methods like steaming or pan-frying, you’ll fall in love at first bite.
And don’t worry, everything you need is provided. With easy-to-find ingredients and step-by-step instructions, you’ll leave feeling confident enough to recreate these tasty dumplings at home!
