When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Monday through Friday - 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

- All ages are welcome inside the museum; however guests must be at least 12 years old to participate in the Smash It attraction
- All guests must sign a waiver before participating in Smash It!
- Strollers are not allowed inside the Museum of 3D Illusions

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

The experience was fun. Once I saw our photos it was amazing. When we checked in we were not given any instructions or direction. I also had to ask about the “Smash room” and would’ve walked away without this experience had I not walked past. The venue was easy to locate being directly across the street from the Ferris Wheel.
