What happens on the day
Sushi lovers, rejoice! This hands-on sushi-making class teaches you the techniques behind crafting fresh, melt-in-your-mouth sushi rolls.
Settle into a welcoming atmosphere alongside fellow couples or foodies as an expert sushi chef with more than 20 years of experience demonstrates each technique step by step. Then it's your turn. Using fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients, you'll slice, roll, and assemble your own sushi creations with expert guidance along the way.
In total, you'll create up to four different rolls, such as a Steelhead Avocado Roll, Rainbow Roll, and Seaweed Out Rolls (roll types are subject to change). As you cook, your chef instructor will provide information on how and where to source the best ingredients for your at-home creations.
Your 2.5-hour experience also includes a complimentary 78-page recipe book filled with recipes and techniques to continue your sushi-making journey. Best of all, no previous experience is required. Just bring your appetite and get ready for an unforgettable date night or evening with friends!

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
