Located in the heart of Downtown San Mateo, Beem® Light Sauna is known for their innovative infrared and red light therapy. With a focus on holistic wellness backed by science, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of deep relaxation and powerful restorative benefits.
With this unique package, you’ll enjoy your choice of six red light and/or sauna sessions. Each 40-minute infrared sauna session utilizes near, mid, and far wavelengths to help ignite metabolism, renew skin, support detoxification, and promote immune health.
Alternatively, you can opt for multiple 15 to 20-minute medical-grade red light therapy sessions. This effective treatment stimulates fibroblast activity and collagen production, enhancing your skin’s elasticity, tone, and clarity!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Monday through Thursday - 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Friday - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
