What happens on the day
During this professional photoshoot, you’ll capture the magical feeling of your vacation – all from the most picturesque places in Napa or Sonoma.
On the day of your shoot, you’ll meet your professional photographer at a location of your choice. Whether it’s the panoramic hills of Alston Park, the lush vines at Meritage Resort, or another dreamy spot, you’ll return from your trip with beautiful, high-quality vacation photos.
Your photographer will snap a mixture of posed and candid shots, sharing professional tips and tricks along the way. Plus, they’re total Napa and Sonoma experts! Feel free to ask them anything you like – from where to eat, what to see, and more.
Your beautiful, high-resolution photos will be digitally delivered to you within five days of your shoot. It’s the perfect way to relive the magic of your wine country adventure!
Please note: 60-minute shoots include 1-2 locations and 35 digital images. 90-minute shoots include multiple locations and 50 digital images.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 15 days prior to the experience. However, all cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to additional fees. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 15 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
