Relax, unwind, and connect with nature during this one-of-a-kind yoga class in Pacifica, California!
Your private, 60-minute yoga class takes place in a historic nursery filled with exotic orchids, bromeliads, and other tropical plants. But that’s not all! This hidden oasis is perched over the Pacific coast, making it one of the most picturesque yoga spots in all of California.
Upon arrival, you’ll roll out your yoga mat while an experienced yoga teacher leads you through a customized sequence. Typically, sessions begin with a breathing practice to encourage a sense of calm. Then, you'll gently warm up and drop into a mellow, vinyasa-inspired flow, moving in sync with your breath. Finally, you'll enjoy a guided body-scan meditation that allows you to slip into a deep state of relaxation.
After your session, you can indulge in a special, immune-boosting herbal tea (bring your own reusable cup) while exploring the greenhouse. This soul-soothing session is perfect for all ability levels – from beginners to experienced yogis alike!

Cancellation Policy
